Foam
Polyethylene (PE)
-
Easily fabricated in many ways including: Die Cutting, Contour cutting, water jet cutting and bandsaw cutting.
-
Can be bonded together with hot air, allowing no additional chemical compositions to the part.
-
A variety of densities and color to choose from to suit your next project. (Click here for Sample)
Polyurethane (PU)
-
Soft and very flexible material.
-
Used for a range of comfort and packaging solutions.
-
Accepts a lot of Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (PSA) which offers the capability to add fabrics & films to the surface. (Click here for sample).
Cross–linked polyethylene (XLPE)
-
Primarily used in the packaging industry when an "A surface" is to come into contact with the foam.
-
Will not scratch a painted surface and will withstand the most rugged of conditions.
-
Small cell structure does not allow any contaminants to enter the foam if a perfect finish is needed.
-
We carry 2# density all the way up to 15# density! (Click here for sample).
Expanded Polyethylene /Expanded Polypropylene (EPE/EPP)
-
Made with expanded beads.
-
EPP is an excellent insulator and remains rigid, but will flex under pressure.
-
EPE is also compatible with "A surface" materials. (Click here for sample).
expanded polystyrene/Extruded polystyrene insulation (EPS/XPS)
-
Expensive materials.
-
Solutions for blocking and bracing.
-
Can be fabricated with hot wires or with milling machines for more precise cuts. (Click here for sample).
