This client needed specialized packaging solutions for low-volume orders that would not be repeated. These needs made them a lower priority for their current partner - a megacorporation that placed more value on customers who wanted high-volume, repeatable runs. This meant that for the manufacturer, it took too long to get a response and they were unsure of the progress of promised packaging parts.

Ensuring an Easy In-Store Installation
A display manufacturer ran into difficulties with their displays. The way displays were currently shipped, it was difficult for employees at stores to assemble the finished piece in the correct way. The manufacturer was shipping assembled displays wrapped in bubble wrap - however, this was ineffective at fully protecting during transit and extremely time-consuming. Foam Industries created custom-cut foam end caps to fit each display. The end result: packaging time reduced from 3 minutes per fixture to under 30 seconds.
